Dan’s resume consists primarily of missions work and ministry positions, but construction has played a large role in his life since he was in high school in the early 1990’s… It all started by building skate ramps.
Since moving to Nashville in 2013, construction has become his primary vocation and avenue for his passion for ministry. A-List LLC has allowed Dan, and in the last few years, his older children and son-in-law, to gain experience and demonstrate skills in a variety of construction specialties.
His combined construction experience includes leading large teams of volunteers, vast multi trades experience, ground up builds, large scale renovations, commercial build outs, church additions & remodels, disaster response & recovery, facility management, production for HGTV, and real estate acquisition.
His attention to detail and customer care is evident as he serves the clients that choose A-List. He aims to serve the commercial, faith, and residential community with their construction needs through hard work and by building relationships. In his own words, he is “just a guy who is doing his best to be a loving husband and father, and to make the most out of each day.” His free time activities are shaped by his passions for the outdoors, woodworking, coffee, and music. We have two main goals in this business.
The first is quality. Our goal is to provide top notch craftsmanship and work. We do this by utilizing our in-house team’s skills and by working with subcontractors who are the best at their craft; from the product they produce, to the way they conduct themselves. In addition to leaving behind a great product, it is crucial to us that everyone we bring into your home treats it with the utmost care and respect.
The other is to be ethically sound. Our team is in this business to make your home project dreams a reality. We believe that a critical part of that is creating the best experience possible. That involves constant communication, complete transparency, and an attitude that prioritizes people over profit. After all, out of everything we build, the most impactful thing is a genuine, lasting relationship with a client.
